Contest Rules: 1) All firearms transfers will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winner of a firearm must be at least 18 years of age (long gun), 21 years of age (handgun) at time of drawing, a legal resident of the state of Arizona, and must be able to pass the required background checks to purchase a firearm. 2) Enhancements, upgrades, accessories or substitutions are strictly at the expense of the prize winner. 3) Tickets are $10 each. Only 300 tickets will be sold.  4) Drawing will be held on April 10, 2023 at WVR Member Meeting and winners need not be present at drawing. 5) The model of firearm may or may not be legal in states other than Arizona. 6) Cash or personal checks for tickets shall be paid to West Valley Republicans (business/corporate payments cannot be accepted). 7) Disputes resulting from the drawing will be settled at the discretion of the West Valley Republicans Board. 8) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, substitute prizes of equal or greater value may be made at the discretion of the Board. 9) All inquiries, or to purchase tickets, call 623-248-5175 between 10 am - 4 pm, M-F.
